When you place an order with us, we will do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible. If for any reason your item does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, we will contact you to provide you with a status update.

We have contracted with multiple shipping providers to provide several options for our customers to choose from. Customers can track their shipments through the service providers' tracking system for a more accurate delivery time frame. Upon shipment of the order, the customer receives the tracking information including the tracking number of the shipment to track with the shipping service provider.

Zaytoona ships to all the countries in the world except the countries mentioned below:

Central African Republic, Iran, North Korea, Libya, Mali, Somalia, South Sudan, Yemen.

Delivery within UAE
UAE orders are delivered within 4 working days, or maximum of 5 days. Zaytoona may inform customers if shipping may take longer due to external uncontrollable circumstances like public holidays or drastic changes in weather condition.  

International shipping (outside UAE)

We have partnered with DHL and SMSA to do international shipments to our customers across the world.

GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar) - SMSA (Economy) - 12-14 Days delivery time

International - DHL (Express) - 14-17 Days delivery time
