Cancelling an order

To request for order cancellation, please notify us either by phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat, or through our social media pages. If you decide to cancel the order, please do within 24 hours only.

If you could let us know the reason for cancellation, we will improve our service and perhaps do things a little better next time.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours after placing an order; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
